Delivery timelines are best-effort only, not guaranteed. Digital access may be delayed due to technical issues, server downtime, payment gateway issues, or force majeure events. All purchases made on this Website are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, reversals, or cancellations under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to: change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, non-usage, admission outcomes, perceived errors, delay in delivery, website downtime, or any personal, academic, or financial decisions taken using the Product.
In rare cases where the Product is not delivered or delayed due to a technical issue, this does NOT entitle the user to a refund. The sole remedy is technical support. Users must email support@theneetplaybook.com with valid proof of payment and allow a minimum of 72 business hours for response. During this period, the user agrees not to raise chargebacks, disputes, or legal claims.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that you will not initiate chargebacks or dispute payments with banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors. Any such attempt will be considered a breach of contract. The Company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with full documentation, suspend access permanently, and recover losses, fees, and legal costs.
You acknowledge that the Product contains proprietary digital content, and once access is granted, it cannot be returned. Consumer refund provisions applicable to physical goods do not apply.
At no point shall support communication, acknowledgement of email, delay resolution, or technical clarification be construed as an obligation to issue a refund. All decisions by the Company are final and binding.
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

All content including text, data, frameworks, videos, graphics, and structure is copyrighted intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy, reproduce, share, resell, distribute, upload, or modify any part of the Product. Violation may result in civil and criminal action under Indian law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, block users, and take legal action for misuse, abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including acts of God, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, cyber attacks, server failures, or technical glitches.
