Born in November 1970 in Delhi, Vishal Saxena’s educational journey began in English-medium convent schools, followed by a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University and a PGDBM from a reputed B-school. His early career spanned diverse ventures in garment manufacturing, retailing, financial services, and real estate.

Over 20 years ago, he found his true calling in medical education consulting. By focusing on each student’s unique profile, he has built deep expertise in medical admissions and established long-standing partnerships with institutions across India and abroad, enabling tailored, outcome-focused guidance.

From Concern to Action

Over years of counseling thousands of medical aspirants, Mr. Saxena observed a distressing and recurring pattern: bright, meritorious students were forced to abandon their medical dreams due to financial constraints. This deep-seated concern weighed heavily on him, eventually sparking the visionary idea of crowdfunding for medical education.

In 2022, he established the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Shiksha Saksharta Mission (ABVSSM)—a platform dedicated to dismantling the financial barriers faced by students aspiring to secure seats in India and abroad. Through ABVSSM, Mr. Saxena is committed to bridging the chasm between medical aspiration and financial reality, fostering a new generation of doctors for a nation grappling with critical healthcare shortages.
